1. How long will it take to receive my ring after I place my order?

    A. Usually 2-3 weeks under normal circumstances.

2. What if I don't like my ring?

   A. We have a "No questions asked, money back guarantee!"

3. Is my credit card information secure?

    A. We use a 3rd party processor (PayPal) for our online transactions. We never have your information.

4. What if I don't have a PayPal account?

    A. You can use any of the major credit cards or your PayPal account if you already have one.
         On the payment page in the lower left hand portion of the page there will be an area where 
         you can select to use your credit card.

5. Can I call my credit card order in?

    A. Yes, however, we will have your personal information. We will destroy that as soon as the
         order is confirmed.

6. Will you take checks or money orders or cash?

   A. Sadly, we can no longer accept checks or money orders due to the sophisticated methods        
         of forging.
         Cash is always accepted. Please, when sending cash use a method that conceals the fact
         that money is inside. A registered letter is proof of receipt.
